If I believed in coincidence, I would think that the lectionary reading for today was one. In the midst of fear of death, we have the story of Lazarus. There are no coincidences though. What many call coincidences are just God at work in our lives. So many people are worried about this virus but do not seem to consider the things that are killing us daily. The things that we let kill us daily. Just like Jesus called Lazarus from death, He calls us from the things we let kill us.
